Our Used Parts Warranty

EXCEPT AS STATED BELOW.  Henslee Auto Parts warrants all parts for 90 days subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below:

1. Warranty is void without invoice.
2. All parts sold exchange must have exchange returned in 30 days or forfeit the core charge.
3. All engines are warranted against cracked cylinder blocks or heads, bad cam or crankshaft, excessive oil consumption.  Engines are warranted to be in good running order unless otherwise stated.
4. All engines must have new oil and filter installed upon installation and every 3,000 miles thereafter.  Proof of service and mileage will be required.
5. Engines left as complete as possible for the convenience of the installer.  This warranty does not cover attached items and accessories such as (but not limited to) water pump, carburetor, distributor, etc…
6. If heat tabs are removed, warranty is void.  If heat tabs are melted, warranty is void.
7. Transmissions are warranted to be in good working order including slippage of shifting failures, or bearing noise.  Shearing or breaking of teeth in standard transmissions is NOT warranted under any circumstances.
8. Transmissions must have new seals and new fluid installed at the time of installation into vehicle, customer must buy new transmission cooler if truck or SUV, and must show receipt of purchase upon return.
9. Oil seals and gaskets are not warranted.
10. All warranty claims must be presented to an authorized agent of Henslee Auto Parts within a period of 90 days from date of purchase for this warranty to be valid.
11. Henslee Auto Parts, has a parts replacement guarantee only.  ABSOLUTELY NO LABOR PAID ON REPLACED ITEMS.
12. There will be no refunds on any special order items or deposits.  Body sections which have been processed are not refundable.
13. All implied warranties are limited to the terms of the limited warranty.  Consequential or incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
14. This warranty is not transferable and does not cover damage if parts are used in connections with racing purposes or vehicles with racing equipment, or damage by accident or misuse.
15. IMPROPER INSTALLATION WILL VOID WARRANTY.
16. There will be a 20% handling charge on all non-defective return items.
17. Henslee Auto Parts does not assume responsibility for towing charges, layup times, telephone, loss due to down-time, cost of lodging, cost of vehicle use, transportation, car or truck rental, or inconvenience.
18. All tires, wheels, body parts are void of 90 warranty.  They are warranted at time of purchase only.
19. All A/C Systems must be flushed with proof of dryer and accumulator purchased for warranty to be valid on A/C compressors.
